How To Order
How to Pay by Mail
- All orders must be paid for in US funds via Money Order, Personal Check, or via PayPal. International orders including those from Canada and Mexico must be paid for using PayPal.
- Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Dennis Sieck. I cannot accept or cash checks or money orders made out to the partspig! Checks and money orders NOT payable to me will be returned, delaying your order.
- If you will be paying by PayPal, I will send an invoice to you, be sure to let me know your method of payment.

- When placing an order please confirm your shipping cost via email BEFORE payment. Most of my items will ship for 3.00 or less, except for track, and other heavy items. I use boxes for fragile items such as car bodies, whole cars and body parts.

Shipping costs will vary according to the weight of the items you purchase, and the distance they have to travel. Please submit your order to get a shipping quote. As always, fragile items will ship in a box, not so fragile items will ship in bubble mailers. Yes, I still do stuff a "freebie" in every order I ship. Have a good day!

Foreign Orders
From now on I will no longer be shipping overseas. I will still ship to North America, that is the USA, Canada and Mexico, and to Australia and New Zealand. I am tired of the problems, customs, language barrier and high shipping rates that go with shipping to all of the other countries in the world.

Return Policy
Refunds are a privilege I extend to good customers, as follows; Requests for refunds or exchanges of items must be made within15 business days of the shipping date. I will refund the purchase price, or exchange the items for the correct ones. The buyer pays for the return postage on returns. If it is a complete return of the whole order and a request is made for a refund, I will then refund the return shipping costs. No refunds or exchanges will be given to items that have been removed from their original packaging, i.e., slot cars removed from blister packs, etc. Items must be returned before an exchange or refund can take place. I will not ship replacement items, or refund money until the returned items have been returned to me.
